Alexis has been so incredibly helpful!! My wife and I were really struggling to find a place we really liked and stumbled upon River Meadows. We LOVED our tour. Alexis answered all of our questions, showed us a few different units, and has just been incredibly accommodating. We are just about to move in and donât have a ton of experience with the space yet, but so far River Meadows has exceeded expectations and weâve been very happy with our experience. The apartment is GORGEOUS. Itâs very close to the rec center and trails too.

Alexis took extra time to answer my questions and help me through Renting the apartment without seeing it. Alexis returned my calls and Emails very quickly. She is very knowledgeable about the property and the area. She understands the true meaning of Customer Service. She does a great job being the face of the property. Your organization is lucky to have her.

My apartment is absolutely lovely. Very nice inside and stunning view of the mountains outside. They have great service whenever something breaks and needs attention. I don't have to wait up to a week for repairs like I did at my old place. River meadows has an on sight crew that gets right on the issue and fixes it right away. I felt very welcome here too. They even gave me a key with a woven decoration on it.

These apartments are brand new and have a nice layout. The manager Alexis is very helpful and quick to fix a concern. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Wonderful place to live. Right next to the river trail. Management and maintenance are really responsive and great about fixing any problems. The stairwells are rather narrow. With the apartments being on mainstream and having some construction still on site its actually not all the noticeable with how well the place is built.
